Train to Gain
Train to Gain provides free training in engineering, construction, business administration, management and information technology to employees over the age of 19. Primarily aimed at level 2, qualifications at levels 3 and 4 are also available..

Train to Gain
The Government is currently making funds available to employers through Train to Gain. These can offer free training to employees over the age of 19, and is primarily aimed at those who have not previously achieved a level two or its equivalent, although second level two and level three and four are also available. The Association is now offering a wide range of courses for the construction industry in line with the CPCS scheme. Many are available funded through Train to Gain for qualifying companies and individuals. more..
School Links
The Association is heavily involved in the local 14-19 initiatives which enable schools to offer occupational training to their pupils in the fifth and sixth forms as a supplement to the traditional courses. These will offer the pupils practically based qualifications of equal standing to the more traditional route, and a better informed and qualified work force for the future.
