Sandwell Training Association is an employer-based organisation and is able to offer a range of services to local companies, including training, recruitment and consultancy. We often have access to government grants enabling companies to obtain subsidies for staff training. Becoming a member of the Association offers a substantial discount and is a cost-effective way of delivery a more effective work-force.

The Association offers a large number of courses to local companies. Many of these are 'off the shelf', but we are experienced in customising courses to the specific needs of a company or individual. In cases where we do not have the necessary expertise in-house, we have a large number of experienced trainers whose expertise we can draw on.
