Aims |
To develop a comprehensive portfolio of evidence of achievement, to demonstrate existing competence through the process of Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) and to provide underpinning knowledge related to core management skills of managing people, operations, finance and information.

Programme |
A one day introductory workshop. A series of training workshops which are linked to units from the target award. Portfolio development workshops which give candidates support from a programme advisor. Evidence gathering supported by an advisor, plus a final verbal assessment interview. Internal and External verification prior to the award of the certificate or units towards.
