ILM Introductory Certificate In Management

Designed for
Existing Supervisors and Front line Managers, or those new to the role, requiring an Introductory course in Supervisory techniques.
Aims
To provide practicing and potential Supervisors with the basic knowledge and skills they need to develop as front-line Managers. The course aims to develop delegates' understanding of the context of management, developing self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Successful completion leads to attainment of the ILM Management Introductory Award - a nationally recognised qualification.
