Aims |
To provide practicing and potential Supervisors with the basic knowledge and skills they need to develop as front-line Managers. The course aims to develop delegates' understanding of the context of management, developing self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Successful completion leads to attainment of the ILM Management Introductory Award - a nationally recognised qualification. |
